Don't contact me unless you are a member first. I will not respond to requests for promotion. Don't ask me to demote officers, the Senior Officers handle that. I decide on my own when to demote Senior Officers, it will seldom happen. Exceptions to this are few, but Chat Spamming and CAPs aren't one of them.
