Advices from me... (?)
Overclock process, besides producing a faster process than before, it also producing heat.
As long as the heat can be tolerate, the condition of the computer is all okay.
But, to anticipate the damage, it would be better if we used a 'heat watcher' software, IF we already have it in our motherboard,
or we can add a cooler so that the heat that the overclock produced could be spread out to the air more quick.
This cooler could be grease or a fan. This kind of cooler are made into so many shapes and sizes. So, we got to choose one that fit tou our processor and the periferal.
Doing the overclock is also taking a risk. If we do it in the wrong procedure, there will be problems.
the problem that may shows up is that we may lose our data, and the worst one is that the DAMAGE of the computer.
That risk still may shows up, if the thing we do is increasing the FSB. Because, actually, increasing FSB caused a bad influence... (?) to the periferal. So, every periferal that has a connection with the
motherboard will be also touched by the inreasing of the frequency.
Before doing the overclock, the quality of the periferal has to be sured. don't use a kind of short life periferal.
The clear one, if a thing forced to do something over it strength, so, its life will be decreased, and this thing allowed here.
But, overclock could be done so easily right about now.
Beacuse, besiades we can do it by using Hardware, we can also use software or in some of computer motherboard that already filled with overclock fascilty on its BIOS.
Even now, besides overclock through the motherboard, on our computer VGA card is now allowed to do the overclockig. :)
