Kesar green apple

Ingredients

Green apples- 2
Sugar- � cup
Green cardamom- 4
Cashew nuts- � cup
Saffron- � tsp
Milk- � liter
Dry fruits & nuts- 2 tbsp

Method

1. Peel, deseed and chop the apples. Soak cashew nuts in warm water for few minutes. Crush saffron in warm water.
2. In a blender put chopped apples, crushed cardamom, sugar, saffron, cashew nuts and milk. Blend into a smooth liquid.
3. Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with dry fruits and saffron.
