| Rasmalai Ingredients Milk-1 cup Milk powder-1 cup Sugar-3/4 cup Baking powder-1 tsp Egg white beated-1 Rose water-1 tsp Cardamom powder-1 tsp Method 1.Boil milk & sugar together. 2.Mix milk powder,baking powder & egg white.Knead & make small balls.Flatten them. 3.Add these balls to the boiling milk.Cook till ball become soft & double in size. 4.Add the flavourings. 5.Garnish with pistachio & serve cold. |
