(DS9 Sons of Mogh) In 2373, a changeling tried to use the Yukon as a bomb to destroy Bajor�s sun, but the USS Defiant destroyed the Yukon. (DS9 By Inferno�s Light)
Zandura, USS- Zandura Class. Class vessel. In 2373, the Zandura was destroyed at the 2nd Battle of Earth against the Borg. (ST VII First Contact)
Zapata, USS- Registry NCC-33184. Surak Class. In 2366, the Zapata was to meet with the USS Enterprise, after the Enterprise�s mission to Gamma Erandi Nebula. (TNG Menage a Troi) In 2370, the Zapata was under the command of Captain Drake. The Zapata was transporting Admiral Leonard McCoy to the Stugg Border, when Ambassador Spock was captured by the Romulans. The Zapata met with the Enterprise to drop of Admiral McCoy. (TNGN Crossover) In 2371, the Zapata was under the command of Captain Ishimaki. The Zapata brought Zar, Graal, and Doctor Laffer to DS9. (DS9N Saratoga) In 2374, the Zapata received casualties in a recent battle with the Dominion. (DS9 In the Pale Moonlight) In 2379, the Zapata met with the freighter, Annabel Lee, to pick up Doctor Beverly Crusher and Doctor Carter Greyhorse, and to take them to a starbase. (TNGN Death in Winter) Commander Ledrah was assigned to the Zapata out of the Academy for five years. (TTN The Red King)
Zephyr, USS- Registry NCC-1906. Miranda Class. The Zephyr was under the command of Captain Phillip Burroughs. In 2287, Garth of Izar hijacked the vessel with a group of mercenaries, while posing as Captain James Kirk. The Zephyr destroyed many Klingon colonies and Federation colonies, including Omnicron Ceti IV. (TOSC The Stars in Secret Influence, TOSC Aspiring to Be Angels, TOSC Marriage of Inconvenience) There two different registries on the Zephyr. The first was NCC-1005 and the second was the USS Bolland NCC-1023. There could possibly be an earlier Zephyr and the Bolland could be a real vessel.
Zetar, USS- In 2367, the Zetar was part of the Federation Fleet that engaged the Borg at Wolf 359. (Star Trek World Tour)
Zheng He, USS- Prior to 2272, the Zheng He was destroyed. (TOSN Ex Machina)
Zhukov, USS- Registry NCC-26136. Ambassador Class. In 2333, the Zhukov was under the command of Captain Reynolds. The Zhukov was part of the task force organized to fight an unknown vessel attacking Federation vessels. (STA Enigma) The Zhukov was under the command of Captain D�Emilio. Erik Pressman previously served on the vessel. (TLE Deny Thy Father) In the late 2350s, William Riker was assigned to the vessel out of the Academy. (TNGN Reunion) In 2362, the Zhukov was under the command of Captain Gleason. The Zhukov was Reginald Barclay�s first assignment. (STVG Starship Creator: Warp) In 2366, the Zhukv met with the USS Enterprise to drop off Barclay. (TNG Hollow Pursuits) In 2367, the Zhukov met with the Enterprise to drop off Ambassador T'Pel. Zimbabwe, USS- Constitution Class. In 2263, Ensign Carolyn Palamas was assigned to the vessel. (STVG Starship Creator: Warp) Walter Ellis served as the security chief. The Zimbabwe was under the command of Captain Ulysses Montaya. In 2267, the Zimbabwe was newly refitted. (STVG Judgement Rites) According to JR, the Zimbabwe was newly commissioned.
Zodiac, USS- Zodiac Class. Class Vessel. (Star Trek Enyclopedia 2) The Zodiac was under the command of Captain Momsaki. In 2379, the Zodiac transported the Romulan citizen, Decalor, to a meet with the freighter, Annabel Lee, for a mission into Romulan space. (TNGN Death in Winter)
