8 Feedback to Authors: (please provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement)

It was very informative.  The increase in telework has caused many changes in the work force.  I think it makes a person lazy.  A person who works in a proper office environment can tackle problems better that someone sitting home. The main focus is on the IT workers who work from home and office.  As compared to non-IT workers who just work in the office.  Advantages and disadvantages of both the workers have been mentioned.  This article also has many strong sources to back its problem.  A very well focused article.

Nano Technology

Nano technology is almost near its completion.  Scientists predict it will take about two decades for this technology to be available. Nano technology is all about working at the smallest scale one can ever imagine. “Nanotechnology research has focusly primarily on molecular manufacturing.” (http://ask.yahoo.com/ask/20020806.html).

History:  “The timeline of nanotech history usually begins with a talk given in 1959 by physicist Richard Feynman, titled "There's Plenty of Room at the Bottom." The next milestone comes in 1981, when MIT graduate student K. Eric Drexler, inspired by Feynman, published an article called "Protein design as a pathway to molecular manufacturing." This is followed by Drexler's definitive 1986 book, Engines of Creation, now available on the Web in its entirety. The Foresight Institute, founded by Drexler and colleagues, remains a primary source of nano science research. Recently, Foresight launched Nanodot, a news and discussion site for the latest nano developments, fashioned in collaborative, up-to-the-minute Slashdot format.”

Background: “Nanotechnology is an umbrella term that covers many areas of research dealing with objects that are measured in nanometers. A nanometer (nm) is a billionth of a meter, or a millionth of a millimeter.” (http://science.howstuffworks.com/nanotechnology.htm). “We are still in the dawn age of nanotechnology. Theories and techniques continue to emerge -- captivating scientists, students, entrepreneurs, investors, and even the U.S. government, which is betting that nanotechnology could lead to the next industrial revolution.” (http://ask.yahoo.com/ask/20020806.html).

Benefits from Nano Technology

“Nanotechnology is a hybrid science combining engineering and chemistry. Atoms and molecules stick together because they have complementary shapes that lock together, or charges that attract.”

Nano technology will be a break thorough in the field of science.  This technology can help human beings in many ways. “The first products made from nanomachines will be stronger fibers. Eventually, we will be able to replicate anything, including diamonds, water and food. Famine could be eradicated by machines that fabricate foods to feed the hungry.” (http://science.howstuffworks.com/nanotechnology2.htm).

“In the computer industry, the ability to shrink the size of transistors on silicon microprocessors will soon reach its limits. Nanotechnology will be needed to create a new generation of computer components. Molecular computers could contain storage devices capable of storing trillions of bytes of information in a structure the size of a sugar cube.” (http://science.howstuffworks.com/nanotechnology2.htm).

“Nanotechnology may have its biggest impact on the medical industry. Patients will drink fluids containing nanorobots programmed to attack and reconstruct the molecular structure of cancer cells and viruses to make them harmless.”

Conclusion:  This technology seems to be very interesting but the question is when will we achieve it?  It will change our lives forever and it will be one of the biggest achievements in the field of science.  However there will be some negative effects related to this technology.  The scientists are making sure that if they make this technology it is in proper control. There can be a disaster if this technology gets out of hand.  I think if this technology comes out it will change our lives completely.
