Led by the driving guitar of Gene Olink and powerful lead vocals of Jim Kelly the band plays Classic Rock, R&B and Rock n' Roll in a way that it sets them apart from many of the local bands that play the Rhode Island club scene. The diversity in the songs the band plays expresses the many popular music types you have enjoyed over the years. "We're not new kids on the music scene trying to figure out what goes or what blows. The songs we play, regardless of when they first hit the airwaves, all have character and proven staying power."

Jim and Gene got together in mid 1997 and began playing at a few local bars. Since then their love of music has helped them create and evolve into the tight five-piece band that exists today. By offering a wide variety of music types the band showcases their diversity and talent. They play something for everyone to enjoy from Country to Southern Rock to original Blues and are committed to keeping all performances both entertaining and fun.

Jim Kelly has been singing and playing the acoustic guitar going back to the Coffee House days of the 70�s during his college years as well as performing at local Yacht Clubs and private gatherings throughout Rhode Island. His endless dream and desire to form a Rock n� Roll band brought he and Gene together many years later. "The guys that I have around me are some of the best in the business. There aren't many better musicians out there and if there are I dare you to find them."

Gene Olink, strongly influenced by the rock music of Lou Reed and David Bowie, was the lead guitarist for a Rhode Island Rock Band in the 70�s called "SAGE" and has been playing on and off ever since. His driving guitar is a strong part of the ever evolving FSB personality. Gene is constantly looking for new songs for the band to do at a gig. "We want to spotlight the bands talents by picking out only the best ones for the group. There are so many songs out there but not just any song will do. The song has to fit otherwise it's a no go."

Andre Blais has been playing bass for over 15 years and throughtout New England with local bands the last 10. Starting with the punk rock scene he has matured both personally and musically. His credits encompass Blues, R&B, Funk, and Jazz. His resume of bands include the "Paul William's Project", "Sweat Pea Blues" and "Avenue B". Andre also has five years experieince in teaching bass and guitar. Although younger than the rest of the guys in the group, Andre's experience, talent and personality lend themselves to a perfect fit. He has exhibited musical talent and knowledge of classic rock far past his age. Oh yeah, we figured he would also help attract a lot of young women as well and we've been right so far.

Whenever and wherever the band plays the atmosphere quickly electrifies and the fun begins. You can't help but let loose and move with the great sounds of Rock n' Roll when the band takes the stage.
