1929 John Deere D
We started the teardown almost immediately.  EVERYTHING in the engines was badly rusted, requiring careful work in taking it apart.  The crankshaft would not move until we took all of the following off:  block/pistons/connecting rods, cam shaft, governor, oil pump drive gear, and oil pump.
