UNFORGETTABLES

Walking down the memory lane one finds many pleasures and pains of life that have passed and some of them have left such clear images that they become unforgettables.

The two sad unforgettable incidents of my life that changed my life completely are mentioned below.

It was the evening of 30th November 1993 when at the age of 8 years, I lost my father who died of heart attack.

Then it was 24th October 2002 when the result for first year pre-engineering was announced and I received 69.4%. After sheer hard work and after passing all the exams in the college with either very good or at least above average marks of other students, it was really a shock for me to see such a result. I had always received A-1 grade in all the previous exams so the thought of being a B grader haunted my mind. I requested for scrutiny of my papers but according to the respective authorities there was not any mistake in the marking. NED university of engineering and technology had always been my dream but after the result my this dream shattered in few moments. It is said that we learn much from our success but still more from our failures. I started believing in this statement after this incident because it gave me the strength to face the realities of life and I became quite mature.

There are also happy moments in everyone's life and so are in  mine. The unforgettable and happiest moment of my life was when in my matriculation board exam, I scored maximum marks in the subject of mathematics and got a special prize in school.

Some other happy moments of my life that I will never forget are the moments when I used to take part in plays and skits in my college life. Playing the role of 'Albert' in the play 'The Count's Revenge' and then of a spoiled child in the skits 'Report Card' and '14th August(2002) Special' was a lovely experience.
