IDEALS
Inspiration is a great source of learning and motivation. It comes from ideals and even this I have learnt from my ideals.
I begin with my first ideal who was my father. He was a great man who had all the qualities that a human being should have. His one quality that has always been a great source of inspiration for me was his diligence. He belonged to a lower middle class family and began his educational career in a small village in interior Sindh. Even with such an educational background he managed to reach Tando Jam Agriculture University from where he did his B.Sc (Hons.) and then M.Sc (Hons.)(The option for doing M.Sc Hons. is available in the field of Agriculture). He was placed in the first division and he stood second. Then he joined UBL and he was directly appointed as grade 2 officer. He was later promoted to Grade 1. During his career in banking he passed various exams related to banking with flying colours and was preparing for C.A, few months before he passed away. In addition to this he had done LL.B as well and was registered first as a Session Court Lawyer and then as a High Court Lawyer but unfortunately he did not get a chance to attend any High Court case as he died after few weeks of getting himself registered as a High Court Lawyer. So, this is how he established himself with his hard work and honesty.
All my other ideals belong to the teacher community. Most of my teachers have been a source of inspiration for me mainly because of the knowledge they have, their conduct, their loving attitude, their confidence, their skills in various fields especially poetry and literature in addition to the subjects in which they have specialized, the balance they have maintained between the routine work and religion, the perfection that is reflected by their works and the role they are playing in the betterment of this country by giving not only the quality education but also some basic principles to lead a proper life.
