The CrackClan Midwestern Mini-Gathering in Kansas City, MO started just like any other..... with a trickling arrival of cc// members. Kounter, who was really excited about hosting a Gathering, showed up a couple years early & got the house ready for our occupancy. Closely followed by the first out of town member, rage, who pulled in mid Friday evening. The events of that evening & the night that followed are still a secret kept between rage & kounter.... it's probably better we all don't know. Around noon Saturday, Mooneyes & BlackHawk5 offically marked the begining of the Mini-Gathering with their arrival.... but before we could get things into full swing, Hanni showed up. After a little help in the preperations for Kounter's Birthday Party, Rage, Mooneyes, Hanni & myself, started the party a little early with a couple of beers... a Gathering tradition, & in my opinion, the best part of any Gathering. |
