| Well I finally had some good picks for everyone going 3-0 last week, which brings my year total up to 4-5. You might want to ride the wave and take my picks this week, since I'm on a roll. Lock of the week: Tampa Bay (-8.5) @ Cincinnati Tampa Bay's Defense looked good over the past couple of weeks. I don't think that they will have any problems handling a pitiful Bengal offense that has scored a total of 16 points in the first 3 games. Tampa Bay's offense is starting to come together. Look at Tampa Bay to win by at least 14. Take the Bucks minus the 8.5. No Doubter: Houston @ Philadelphia (-20) Well, there aren't many teams playing better that the Eagles right now. They are a half of game from being 3-0. They have outscored there opponents by an average of 30 points over the last 2 games. I can't come up with any reason that the Eagles won't win by 40 or 50. I really can even see the Texans scoring in the game. The final might end up to be 50-0. Take the E..A..G..L..E..S minus the 20.5. Upset of the week: Cleveland (+6.5) @ Pittsburgh The Steelers have a few problems. They can't stop the pass or stop a team on third down. The bigger problem is that every single team knows this and will exploit it if given the chance. The Browns don't mind throwing the ball. Brown QBs have passed for 9 TDs in the first 3 weeks, while the RBs have no TDs. The Browns will come out throwing until they are they are stopped. It could be a long day for the Steelers. Even if they win he game, it will only be by a FG. Take Cleveland and the 6.5 points. |
