They sang many more songs, but when night surrounded them and the moon was high in the sky it was about time to end the dance, so they sang their last song: Chop Suey. Lina started the song with a tune on the guitar, Dan soon joined in using the same key, Scott played and beat on the drums, and Karen and Seifer joined in on the guitars to make the first part complete.
"You wanted to! Grab a brush and put a little make up,
You wanted to! Hide the scars to fade away the shakeup,
You wanted to! Why'd you leave the keys up on the table?
You wanted to!" Everyone sang together.
"I don't think you trust, in, my, self righteous suicide," Lina sang as she strummed the guitar with her left hand and changed a cord with her right.
"I, cry, when angels deserve to DIE! AHH!" -Seifer got a hold of that line. His face turned red as he screamed into the microphone making girls scream.
"Wake up!" Seifer continued.
"Grab a brush and put a little make up! Hide the scars to fade away the shake up!" -Karen
"Why'd you leave the keys up on the table?" -Lina
"Here you go, create another fable!" -Dan
"You wanted to! Grab a brush and put a little make up,
You wanted to! Hide the scars to fade away the shake up,
You wanted to! Why'd you leave the keys up on the table?
You wanted to!" Every one sang together.
"I, cry," Lina stepped over in front of Gina's face.
"When angels deserve to die," she finished her line.
"Father," Karen choked in the background. They repeated those two lines four times.
"Father, into your hands, I commend my spirit,
Father into your hands, why have you forsaken me?"- Dan
"In your eyes forsaken me,
In your thoughts forsaken me,
In your heart forsaken, me, oh." -Lina sang it all from her heart. It's something so true that when you sing it you feel like crying because of the realization behind the lyrics.
"Trust, in, my, self righteous suicide," Seifer took his part.
"I, cry, when angels deserve to die." -Karen
"In my, self righteous suicide," Dan
"I, cry, when angels deserve to...die," Lina ended it as they all played the last cords on their instruments and returned to the stage.
