'My Story in Concert'
was Fann's very first ticketing concert held in Singapore. She was also
the first Singaporean Singer to stage a concert at Singapore Indoor Stadium.
Many people might question about her intention for staging a concert after
releasing 4 solo albums. But Fann reveals her real intention as well as
her worries about her concert...
"I really consider for a long time.. Besides my stamina, I also have
to face the pressure arising from other areas.. I keep asking myself whether
I can cope with all the good and bad critics.. Finally, I tell myself
that I shouldn't think too much. I only hope to share this special night
with my good friends as well as to experience the process of preparing
a concert. I'm not trying to prove anything with this concert.."
"Staging a concert is a dream for me. It's not to show others that
I can sing live, or to be a 'true' singer. No, I'm not that ambitious..
I only hope to share what I've learnt or experienced throughout these
few years. It's more like a party where I can share my music and joy with
all my friends and supporters.."
Yes, that's the real intention that Fann has in mind when she decided
to stage the concert. Not for the fame nor for the money.. It's merely
to share her music with her friends and supporters..
