The third season of the series Supernatural will begin much later than originally expected. The premiere will be on Thursday, October 4th. The season will also introduce two new characters, both of which are female. One of the new characters, Ruby, will be played by Katie Cassidy. The other, Bela, will be played by Lauren Cohan. Kripke promises that the girls will not be in every episode, and will not defer attention from the boys.
