project is basically a sub component of IT Master Implementation Plan of

of revenue of the company is billing to its subscribers. The management
needs on-line billing and subscriber information for planning and
decision-making. The objective of the project was to provide information
to management on different levels as well as to the subscribers about
their telephone billing:
1 The system provides status of regular subscribers.
2 The system provides revenue deposited at different banks throughout
the country.
3 The system provides lists of preferred and top hundred customers from
each region and throughout the country as well.
4 The system generates list of defaulters and list of disconnected
subscribers.
5 The system generate a summarized report about the revenue collected
from different types of facilities availed by the subscribers.
6 The system provide complete billing details of past six months to the
subscribers
