Show Parents How to Help Their Children Learn at Home
Do you want to know how to encourage, guide, and support parents' efforts at home so as to make teaching at school more effective? You will take home dozens of examples of learning activities and tutoring strategies you can demonstrate to parents - using readily available materials - to enhance their child's learning in reading, writing, math, science, spelling, and social studies. In addition, you will get lots of ideas for parent workshops and family nights. You will receive a BIG manual (including sample strategies and meeting plans for grades K-6) plus another very useful book you can use with families.
