| Tennie was born Virginia Tennessee Perrin on January 22, 1879 in Franklin County, Texas to Jim Ed and Maleta E. Stephens Perrin. She married Hermann Meyer and they had 3 children; Edward Jacob, Clarence Elliott, and Dearleas. By the 1910 census, Tennie had married Bennie Ellis, and they were living in Harris County. Their 2 children were Rudolph Aubrey and Myrtle Mae. Tennie and Bennie are buried at South Park Cemetery in Pearland, Texas, along with Clarence. |
