-We provide caregivers with Toys, Crafts, Books, etc.
-We provide free training (ie. First Aid, Programming, etc.).
-Caregivers are guarenteed their money!
-We pay when children are sick, absent, & on statatory holidays.
-We have established Policies which are reviewed with parents so expectations are clear.
-Match meetings are done prior to children starting & contracts are signed clearly outlining days, times, etc.
-Because you are working from your home, you can write off money earned. You can claim rent, heat, phone, etc.
-Caregivers are paid per child per day & receive raises or bonuse yearly (ie. with 4 children a new caregiver earns $350/week).
