3. That the Purchaser(s) agree(s) to and understand(s) the following conditions:
- The Kitten described above shall not be used for breeding purposes of any kind and will be registered with the GCCF on the Non-Active Register. This is a condition of purchase at the Pet price stated above.
- The Kitten shall not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop or research establishment.
- The Kitten shall not be taken from the UK without the Vendor's prior consent.
- The Kitten shall not be sold, given or donated to any person or organisation without the Vendor's prior knowledge and consent.
- In the event of the Purchser(s) being unable to maintain the Kitten, the Vendor shall be informed and shall reserve the right to repossess the Kitten at any age.
- The Kitten has been purchased as a Pet and must be neutered/speyed at 6-9 months of age.

4. The Purchaser(s) further warrant that the Kitten:
- Will be kept as a Pet in appropriate conditions for its health and welfare and will be fed a suitable diet for its age and condition.
- Will receive regular booster vaccinations from a veterinary surgeon.
- Will receive all necessary veterinary care to maintain its good health.

The Purchaser(s) further understand(s) that if there is a failure to keep any part of this contract, or if the Kitten is neglected, maltreated, or is failing to receive adequate medical care, the Purchaser will surrender said Kitten to the Vendor unconditionally and without financial restitution or compensation.

The Transfer of Ownership document will be supplied upon receipt of a signed copy of this document, the relevant payment, and evidence of neutering/speying.
