| Trigun takes place on a desert planet. The main character is Vash, who has a bounty of 60,000,000,000 double dollars on his head. He is wanted for the total annihiliation of various cities and the deaths of many. However, those who actually meet the 'Humanoid Typhoon' discover he is one of the kindest men who could ever live, and he constantly fights for his goal of 'Love and Peace!!'. He regrets his past, and knows that even though these tragedies are not truly his fault, he must remain an outlaw and shoulder the blame for them until he can confront and overthrow the source of his strife. Along the way, two insurance agents follow him to gain more information on the outlaw and find out exactly who he is. A 'priest' wielding a massive gun also is his traveling companion as he seeks to bury his past. Oh, and his favorite food is donuts. | |
