These are some examples of the tiny working buckles I make for the halters.
All my halters feature two large buckles for adjusting the crown piece, and 3 smaller buckles w/tongues to adjust the chin straps and the connector strap. They also come with matching leadlines.
These halters will fit most Traditional size Breyer and Peter Stone models.
This is the first stock show halter I ever made and was created following the directions in Sue Bensama Young's book "Guide To Making Model Horse Tack" and is based off a real life show halter from blue ribbon custom tack.
This halter sparkles so beautifully in the light, it is hard to capture, I will take some more pictures outside during the day tomorrow!
