"Baby"This is our oldest (Going by how long we've had him) cat. He's a white, yellow/blue odd eyed generic cat. He's not purebred or trained or any special breed of cat--he's just a cat. He's a little crazy, and is prone to mood swings. We've had him about 4 or 5 years, and we got him as a kitten. We named him Baby because we could never think of a name for him as a kitten, so we started calling him "The Baby" because he was the younger of our two cats, and the name stuck. "Taffy"This cat we acquired around 4 years ago. He, too, is a generic cat, except he's brown and red with yellow eyes. And he's fat. We got this gluttonous cat from our neighbors for our grandmother. But then she hated the cat because he was so stupid, so we took him in. And yes, he is incredibly stupid. It often seems that his only driving motivation and thought process is "FOOD!" "Pretty Kitty"Yes, I am fully aware that the names for our cats are very uncreative. This particular cat was a stray that we encountered early one autumn. We began feeding her, feeling sorry for her, even though she had an unmarked collar. And she kept coming back to our house, so eventually she just became our cat, and we finally took her inside. Of our three cats, this is the only one who is allowed outside, although she's become quite content to stay inside where the temperature is kept comfortable and where she has comfortable places to lounge. Finally, I come to my last pet, Shadow. A German shepherd, she unfortunately died the night of Sunday, March 21st, 2004. She was a very happy and playful dog. She wasn't very obedient, but she had a tendency to follow you around and do whatever you were doing at the time. She will be missed. | ||||||
