*Mini-Barn - you will have all responsiblities here. This is where you will proove yourself to me, not only by taking care of the horses, but the real life expenses. I wouldn't normally charge so much, but this is so that you learn what it is like to actually own a barn. You will get a 20 stall barn and may use the mini-barn (which fits 10 horses) over by the edge of 'your' prperty (50 acres, and 10, 1-acre pastures) You must excersize your horse, muck the stalls, take your horses into the pasture, feed, and brush your horses. - $1000 per month
