Rev. Rao also holds Seminars regularly for Pastors to train and equip them in the ministry and explaining to them their Spiritual Authority in the Kingdom of God. So far nearly 2000 rural and urban pastors and evangelist were trained in the subjects of Spiritual Authority, Discipleship, Cell churches, Apostolic pattern of Church planting, Church Management .
