Happy Birthday Nanna!
It's my Nanna's 89th birthday today. It is hard to believe she is so old (and I mean that in a nice way!). Mum made a birthday cake for her and took it to Ladies Class today. We sang for her, and she blew out all her candles (we only did 4). Then Mum and I went back to her house and had lunch with her and my aunt.
I love my Nanna so much. I am very excited to make her a great-grandma again. The family tree is always growing. She has four children, seven grandchildren, and thanks to my cousin and I who are both pregnant, by Christmas she will have eleven great-grandchildren. I can't wait to take a picture of her, mum, myself and the munchkin together. Four generations. Pretty amazing.
So send out some happy birthday vibes to my Nanna today. She really is such a great lady and deserves all the wonderful wishes she gets (and more!). I hope that when I am her age, I will have lived a life just as full, and be just as well-loved by all my family.

Reading
Your Vegetarian Pregnancy
by Holly Roberts
I have been a little lazy with trying to avoid eating meat lately, which is silly, because I need to be healthy now more than ever. This book should help me feel better and grow a healthy little bean!
