Well this is it
Tonight we're going to a farewell party for D and Bu. I don't want to go. It's not because I don't love them, because I really really do. It's just that I'd rather live in my little dream world. The world in which they are not leaving this country for the next ten years (maybe for good). Going to the party tonight means accepting that they really are leaving. And I'm not sure I'm ready to do that just yet. But their plane flies out on Saturday, so I guess I need to get a grip on reality pretty soon.

1) Say goodbye to two of my favourite people :(
2) Eat at least one piece of fruit everyday
3) Track every dollar I spend for the whole month
4) Finish a craft project I am making for someone in my family
5) Smile more!

I requested this book for Christmas and my parents delivered. I hope this will result in wonderful things for our marriage and for P's life.

by Debbie Stoller

This book is on my rather extensive Amazon wishlist, so I decided to check it out at the library first. So far, I'm loving it.

Lord of the Rings - Return of the King (Extended Version)

I gave this to P for Christmas and we have been watching both the extended movie and the special features ever since!
