A Kitchen Herbalist is designed to teach the use of herbs for health and common ailments with ease and practicality.
A Kitchen Herbalist will look at herbs that the student may already be familiar with as culinary spices, such as Rosemary, Basil, Cardamom, and Oil/.
.As well as Medicinal herbs such as St. Johns Wort, Echinacea, Ginseng.
Course Content includes:
� A brief look at Western and Eastern Herbalism .Terminology
� Human physiology
� Uses, Properties, contraindications, applications, dosages of over 50 herbs.
� Creating medicines at home: Tincture making, tea blends, capsule making .
� Creating an Herbal First aid kit
� Treatments for common ailments
� Herbal treatments for Children and Pregnancy
� Wildcrafting and Sustainable herbal practices
When this 8 week course is completed you will have a basic knowledge of herbal remedies and treatments. And have the confidence to use herbs for yourself and family.
