Fairbanks Class of 1984
The F.H.S. Class of 1984 twenty year reunion was August 21, 2004 at the Milford Center Lions Club, from 2:00 - waaay after midnight. It was a casual event featuring a hog roast, generously donated by Bill Jordan. The rest of the meal was "pot luck" style, with wonderful side dishes and desserts. As far as drinks, it was B.Y.O.B. and baby it was flowing freely! All who attended claimed to have had a great time, webmistress included~! Eighties music was playing during the day up until about 9:00 p.m., when Bad Influence with Fairbanks school mates Charlie Tatman, Randy Roberts and Jim Blaha took the stage and really kicked the party into high gear; (a very special thanks to the band for donating their time and to Mike Porschet for filling in for their vacationing bass player). There was some 80's memorabilia including Rubik's cubes, 80's movies, Atari games, Trivia quizes and much more! There were also pictures, yearbooks and other class memorabilia.

There was an auction at the reunion, with everybody bringing items to auction off. Thak you to Rick Christian for being the auctioneer, and to all who donated and bought. This was a HUGE success and raised $500 toward the 25 year reunion. Another $100 was raised by selling jello shots and people daring other people to do things if a certain amount of money was donated toward the fund. Let's just say this proved to be quite interesting!! ;o) Click here to see a list of people who attended. If you did not attend, you REALLY missed a GREAT time. Lots of new friendships were made and there was a lot of reminiscing with old friends. None of the old "clickishness" was there, it was just the F.H.S. Class of 1984 having a terrific time together! More information will be posted as it becomes available, including pictures, provided people send them to me. Some of them should be quite interesting!! Check back often for updates.
