| For over a year I served as the Shire's Chronicler and I continue to use these web pages for the archived copies of the quarterly newsletters that I published, and any of my own items I feel might be of interest to others. I draft my own period patterns and have decided to both sell my patterns and (on occassion) sew for others. I have completed three patterns: a 12th century coif pattern, a funnel hood pattern, and a tall hat pattern. I am also working on some ideas for simple summer garb. Another interest that I have revived is marionette making. Lady Una Sewenna and I have completed our first two marionettes and a marionette theatre. I chose the business name Faire Made for all of my projects. Look for Faire Made Patterns & Garb and Faire Made Marionettes linked from this my All Things Medieval page. I'll build a Faire Made web page or two, as soon as I have a few more items to display |
