Italia. Hotter than hell in August, but if you can forgive that little thermal idiosyncrasy, it is not a bad place. Rome at night, Pompeii any day, chaotic Napoli, and the pizza and pasta and wine you can imagine. No bus schedules and restaurants that don't open until 8, it is definitely Mediterranean. But Italian girls are gorgeous and warm and there is a grocery store and a bakery on every block, so what more could you want? (Well, air conditioning, but lets not get too pissy, they do have the best city ever built right on top of nice stagnant water!)
