I sit and stare at the sky around me Blue with clouds of cotton. My mind soars beyond those clouds. The voices around me become obsolete as I dream beyond a material world. My thoughts drift to another time. One of peace. One where man knows he is not alone. Where man and beast share this world in harmony. But life shares not my dreams. Material objects dominate in a world of shallow lust. I can only hope that one day human priorities will change and right and nature will prevail and humans will cease to be an arrogent race.
