Read before you report!

Have YOU seen a guide, or image, perhaps, that is the property of Faerie Feathers but was used on another website or page?

Was the item supposed to be acknowledged as the property of Charis Loke, clep_web, or Faerie Feathers and was it acknowledged?

Was the image cropped or edited and you are sure it came from Faerie Feathers? E.G. copyright text removed

Is the item NOT a premade on this site?

If you answered yes to all the questions above and no to the second part of the second question, you may continue. Otherwise, the person is not commiting any offense.

A list of all the items which may have been stolen (not full): ALL images except premades and where stated that you may use it freely, ALL guides, whole pages, Faerie Feathers Hex Chart...

I stress continously on every page where I provide guides, images or premade code that if you use it for your own lookup, petpage, website etc, you must also include somewhere on the same page that it came from Faerie Feathers. Some images have text at the bottom that says something along the lines of 'Charis Loke/clep_web 2005 | geocities.com/faeriefeathers' and if that was removed, it is also a crime. Read on for more about reporting that person.

Reporting

Send a neomail or email to me at [email protected] or post on the Faerie Feathers Forum in the following format:

Your name or Neopets username (the latter is not required if you use Neomail)
What item was 'stolen' - guide, image or describe it.
On which page of the Faerie Feathers website does it appear?
Where did you see the item? - lookup of which user, petpage, website or other category
Additional comments which may be helpful
Note: Some text or images may look identical to Faerie Feathers' but could simply be coincidence. If you are convinced that it is a case of theft then you can still report it and I will check it but add the words 'slightly indentical' or something along that line in your mail/neomail. For outright theft you can insert 'RED ALERT!' or anything urgent-sounding that catches your fancy.

I check every report fully, so don't try to get someone onto my Wall of Shame with a false report. Also, before you click 'Send', please recheck the details to make sure it is really a case of theft. If the item is a premade or on the page where it appears, I have a note saying that you are free to use it, then don't report any further. I will send a reply to you and the person concerned as soon as possible.

Faerie Feathers' Wall of Shame
This section lists the websites or people who have stolen my work or have abused Faerie Feathers in one way or another, including through the Forum. I won't hesitate to put your name up here if I have contacted you already and you still don't take it off your site/lookup/page in a week's time. This is fair in my opinion. Thankfully there are none yet ;)

Please note that I do not normally do art requests and none of the illegal stuff on Neopets such as sitting your pet for you, organizing contests and such.
