Besides, customers can choose shoe from the existing catalogue. But they also may request for modification or modify their own desire shoe such as change the colour of shoe, change the type of shape in the catalogue, they can choose whether they want a high heel shoe or flat shoe, they can customize their own shoe and handbag design and so on.

What is made by order?

-We only produce shoes after receiving an order from you. Calculation of 14 days starts at the day we VERIFY your payment, NOT the day you place your order and or make your payment.

Receive a refund?

-Sorry dear, we do not receive a refund. Both about the size of the shoes, it’s too big and too small because you guys who own measure, therefore we strongly recommend to measure with great care. We will make a new one for you only if it’s wrong (colour, materials and design)

How the 'made by order' system?

-We will need 10 days to produce your shoes then another 2-3 days to deliver it to your house. Calculations of 14 days exclude public holidays, Saturday and Sunday.
