It is a fun to design and manufacture machine like this.  It will be an equal fun for you to use it.  It is semi-automatic,  can gives a production rate of twenty cycles per minute.  The machine is a small hydraulic press, to fix the end sleeve with the inner tube.

The design is compact and space saving maximum operator safety is guarantied. The design of the hydraulic power pack is comparable to any of the European standards.  This press can also be modified for automatic line installation if so desired.

It was originally tailor made to suit the requirements of Thal Engineering Ltd,  they manufacture auto air-conditioners.  Presently almost all the air-conditioners for cars manufactured in Pakistan are from Thal Engineering.
