Gundam Wing Fanfiction

**
this archive features predominantly Quatre-centric stories, with an emphasis on 3x4 romance.  There is also a high degree of "non-yaoi" side pairing in the fiction.
From Forever to Forever: a story of unrequited love over time.  Quatre and Trowa fight and sort through their feelings over years, conquering marriage, death, children, and other rites of passage.  Fifteen Chapters - completed Fall 2001
Partners: Quatre has to face the inevitable - and learns how to survive when a relationship ends.
What's Mean to Be: Six years after the end of the war, the boys are all back together again, to celebrate Heero's big news.  But for Duo and Quatre, being back together just adds complications that they've been avoiding since the war ended.  (4x3, 2+1)
New Experiences
Part One - Autumn: The first part of this AU fic is about Quatre's first quarter at the Sanq Liberal Arts College.  He finds himself in a new, free world - and with a very new and very free roomate.  Trowa and Quatre hit it off instantly, but not the way Quatre would've liked them too.

Part Two - Winter: coming soon ( I hope)
Part Three - Spring: coming before I die. (I promise)
Fics with heavy T/Q emphasis:
Fics with a more dramatic emphasis (but some T/Q):
The Gundam Suicides: Based on The Virgin Suicides, by Jeffrey Eugenides, this is the story of the post-war Gundam pilots, and the mystery of their lives and deaths to the outside world.
I've Never: This is actually the first GW fic I ever wrote.  And yes, it's about the drinking game "I've Never" - but unlike other I've Never-fics, this is a dramatic situation.  My boys don't get silly when they're drunk - they get serious and pensive, and learn truths about each other that they might never have learned.
One Night: Quite possibly my favorite fic, of all my GW fanfiction.  This is the tale of WuFei and Noin, and how one night together on the Peacemillian gave them the ability to understand each other and understand themselves.
Pieces of a Story: WuFei is observant, and feels the need to pull the other pilots aside to warn them how easy it is for two people in a relationship to hide truths from each other and themselves--and he doesn't want it to happen to *these* two couples.
Prayer From the Heavens: a 2x1fic! (yep, you heard that right).  This was inspired by my sister's poem of the same name, and its emphasis on Catholicism made it perfect for a Duo/Heero story.  These are Duo's thoughts one night with his lover.
Remembering How to Cry: After her battle with Quatre on the Libra, Dorothy goes through a bout of soul-searching in an attempt to uncover truths. (hosted on Thistlerose's site "Wicked", dedicated to Wufei and Dorothy - thank you, Rachel!)
Fics with a fluffy emphasis (still some T/Q in most):
Driving Lessons: Pure silliness, plain and simple.  Quatre learns how to drive a stick, and leads the gundam boys through one crazy evening.  Beware of Relena-bashing.  As a proud member of the Order of the Scarlet R, I assure you it is in fun.
Flora and Fawning: co-written with AstroKender, this is the story of a boy and his Gundam.  Oh, did I mention that it's a squicky story?  And be sure to check out Kender's adorable illustration (seen in part on my main page).
Heero's Secret: Just a fluffy little ficlet (extremely OOC, mind you) that I wrote when I first joined the GWML.  Sheer silliness about pornography,
The Intervention: Inspired by the song "No, No, Raja" by Moxy Fruvous, this is a little ficlet about Quatre and a certain problem he's been experiencing....
A Moment of Reflection: This is a little Duo/Hilde ficlet, fully of mushy goshy sap-fluff -- but it has some undertones of seriousness, since it takes place after she fought the Mercurius and Vayeate.
Spin the Bottle: Another early fic (had to get those fic-cliches over with, you know), this story features the principle cast of GW playing a game of Spin the Bottle.  Sheer silliness, and a bit of pairing exploration.
Silence is Golden: Written for a GWML fic-challenge, this features a play on a classic (humorous) urban legend, Heero Yuy, and blatent yaoi.
WuFei Chang and the Terrible, Horrible, Unjust, Very Bad Day: Have you ever read Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day by Judith Viorst?  It's a wonderful children's book, and is *perfect* for WuFei.
ESSAYS: If you are interested in my stories, and would like to know *why* I write what I do, be sure to check out my essays page, which features a couple of essays about GW, and will feature some more soon!
