December 7th: The weather just hasn't cooperated much lately but it was a beautiful cold day today fishing with Chris in chocolate milk. There were several boats out between Vermilion and Huron and Joe Whitten found 9 biters just NE of the Vermilion river in very stained water and called the rest of us onto them. Didn't help me though as we never had a bite. 71 trips
December 14th: Buck went out with me and Chris today off Huron. We tried but didn't get anything going and didn't hear of anybody else doing anything either.
December 27 and 28th: Me and Chris finished up the year with 2 skunk trips. Saturday out of Huron in pretty dirty water that was loaded up with fish and bait and sunday off Lakeside and Gem Beach with not many marks at all except in isolated spots. 74 trips for the year!
