Script:
Start/Control Panel/Network and Internet Connections/My Network Places
on left hand upper part of screen/ "View Network Connections".
* Next Right Click on your Dial Up Network Connection, and left click
on Properties
* Next: Click on Security Tab at top of screen.
* Next: Put check in "Run Script" at the bottom of the screen,
Then "browse" to your Script.

Another way to get to scripting:
Start/Control Panel/Network and Internet Connections/My Network Places
on left hand upper part of screen click on:
"View Network Connections".
* Next: Choose the Dial Up Connection, and you will see these options on the top left of the screen.
1. Create a new connection
2. Set up a home or small office network
3. Start this connection
4. rename this connection
5. delete this connection
6. change settings of this connection
(* # 6 Is What We Choose to get to the Dial Up Networking Properties,
then choose "Security Tab" then "Run Script" at bottom of the screen )

Use Network Connections to view and renew an IP address.
To do this, open Network Connections,
right-click a network connection, click Status, and then click the Support tab.
