| The martial arts have always been a huge part of my life...I started when I was five as just something to do, but it eventually grew into a passion. I know have my black belt in Tae Kwon Do and my third stripe on my green belt in Itosu-Kai, and I'd love to study many more of the different styles in the future. |

| Over the years, Ive been to countless tournaments ranging from international, to national, to local and have walked away with my share of trophies and medals. But at the same time, I've paid for it, and so has my body. |
| I think I've been in the emergency room just in the time I've been in karate more than most people ever will in their lives! I've broken my arm twice, once only being due to karate, dislocated and sprained just about everything, and have had a concussion, but at the same time, I've had blood on me that wasn't always mine. |

| Tony. My greatest and favorite teacher not just in karate, but in life. We first met when he became my instructor when I was about eight. From there, we had a bond that couldn't be broken. I just hope he knows how special he is to me and how much I love him. Thank you, Tony, for everything that you've given me, done for me, taught me, and moments we will have in the future...love you. By the way....congratulations to Tony and his new bride Jen...best of luck and happiness to both of you! |
