This kid looks like hes in middle school. He was at home when I got home at around 2:35p.m. I want to catch him, and see what he knows... If you see him tell him I am looking for him with Todd and Seth.

| I have seen this one tubby kid with a 2002 Tomos Targa LX, blue with gold rims. He has a half face helmet, with a stock pipe. He rides up and down the street at a very slow speed. He will sometimes wear a visor on his helmet, but its detachable. Be on the look out for him, and if you spot him, tell him that people are looking for him. He is riding in our area, lets take him down, or invite him in. This kid looks like hes in middle school. | Blue Tomos Targa. Riding around with a Green Tomos Targa. The kid with the Blue Tomos Targa goes to Rachel Carson Middle School and rides around with a White Full Face Bike Helmet. The kid with the Green Tomos Targa rides with a Red Full Face MC (motorcycle) helmet. I have raced the kid with the Blue Tomos Targa, but not the kid with the Green Tomos Targa. | A highschooler riding a moped? Seems kind of weird that someone in highschool rides a moped. Expecially one that is in 12th grade. The first time I saw him was on Rt. 50 riding home from Chantilly going about 45mph on a 60mph road. The bus honks at him as we pass by him. Then I saw him again. Once from comming out of Old Dairy onto Lees Corner, and the second time was him pulling out of a side street, off of Lees Corner. The first time he stopped and asked us how fast our mopeds go and bragging that his goes faster, and can go off road. That was when I started to not like him... The second time he started to follow us on the side street, and I was going about 40-42mph on a 25mph road. When we came to a stop he stops at the stop sign next to us and rides away. | Riding around does do a lot of sight seeing. Expecially when you see snails or mopeds. Just the other day, when we were leaving Old Dairy Raod onto Lees Corner, a red snail pulled up next to us with a man in his late 30's. He told us that the Honda Elite goes 55mph with someone the wieght of about 150max., but with him it would go only about 45mph. It was a nice and quiet ride. He told us that it only sits in his garage day and night, because he works at the race track, but he was going to bring it to the race track to get around easier. I like that Honda Elite. I hope I see him again sometime, now that my ped goes faster. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| I was sitting at Franklin Farm Giant out infront of McDonalds with Todd, and we saw a snail just sitting on the side of the road with the helmet all hooked up to it. Todd and I were looking at it, and checking it out. The speedo said it went about 60mph. It was a nice blue/white color... When the guy saw Todd and I look at it, he came out from starbucks, and asked us if we liked it. We were suprised that the man was old. He told us it does about 55mph. Then drove off through Chantilly Highlands. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
