The download packages includes all the necessary files including the extract_rtv command line program. Visit Flipflop's site for more info and the source code on the extract_rtv command line program.

Older Versions

Version 1.1 is also available since it had some functionality lost in version 1.3. Specifically, it has ability for you to edit the command that is used to extract the file and also presents you with a Save As dialog to rename the file before after extracting.
