We need guides for the summer of 2002 to guide groups of high school students. Responsibilities include caring for the safety and spiritual growth of students, helping with logistics, and preparing for upcoming trips. Many of the groups that we host are from the United States, but Spanish fluency is an important skill. Skills in all

of the activities listed on this website are very valuable, especially rock climbing and backpacking. The most important qualifications are spiritual maturity and good relational skills with high school students. This is normally a volunteer position, but it is possible to fundraise for a small salary. |

We are considering expanding Exposure to other countries in Latin America where Young Life is strong. Experience in adventure activities is a must, as are experience working with high school students and a strong desire to see kids come to know Christ. A minimum two-year commitment is required.
