Looking down on the West Portal of the Abandoned Laurel Hill Tunnel. The portal appears to be in use for storage of salt by the Turnpike Authority (or PennDot). I didn't have time to actually go inside the portal and explore further. I have heard that the tunnel is blocked in the middle, but have not confirmed that. If anyone knows for sure (mabye has photos to boot) let me know. Also, if anyone has photos, etc. of the East Portal, I would love to see them, as I was unable to find the east portal from back roads.
