Chapter 9: Isaac Hanson

"Jae, close your eyes. We're almost there." I instructed. I couldn't help but pride myself in my plan. I was sure Jae was going to love it and I would get some major ass play tonight.

It was getting dark outside, just how I had planned it. I glanced over from the road and saw Jae peaking. "No peaking!" I demanded, hoping she didn't have a clue where this 'secret destination' was.

Finally, I could see the opening in sight. I kept checking over to make sure Jae was not peaking. I pulled into the parking lot and stopped the car. "Keep them closed." I instructed once again. Very discretely, I raised my arm and sniffed my arm pit to make sure there was no hint of body odor or anything. Thankfully the only smell on me was a light breeze of "Curve" for Men that I stole from Taylor this morning. Then I popped in an altoid and got out of the car to let her out.

"Isaac, come on. Let me look." Jae begged. She had the cutest look on her face when she begged.

"We're almost there. Watch your step." I said, guiding her out on the dock. It was pretty cold outside and the wind made it colder, but I didn't care and I don't think she did either.

"Okay..." I said, taking my hands off her eyes.

She looked shocked. Did she like the surprise? Or did she think the car ride was a big waste? Or did she think I was dumb and stupid and a complete loser?

"Ike... How did you..."

"This is where we first met, Jae." I said, very pleased with myself. Jae and I had met at this lake when we were kids. A family friend of both of ours threw a party on this lake and all the kids started a game of volleyball. Jae and I were on opposite teams and I immediately thought she was cute, so I went out of my way to hit the ball over to her every single time. Once, when she wasn't looking, the ball hit her in the head. She came over to me later and slapped me for being such a jerk to her. We didn't talk for some time after that.

"I know, but I can't believe you remembered! This is where..." She said, looking around at everything. "This is where I slapped you for hitting me in the head with that damned volleyball. Oh my gosh, this is the cutest thing ever." She gave me a very quick hug and I soon became very paranoid. Was the hug short because I smelled? Maybe it was my hair this time. Ah, why do some of us have to be blessed with this stupid odor problem?

"Are you cold?" I said, noticing she was shivering a little.

"Just a little bit."

"Oh, here's my jacket." I replied, expecting her to protest a little bit. Then I would be like, 'No, here, take it!' and take it off and make me look like a real concerned good guy. But nope, she took it right away.

"Aw, thanks, Ike." She said in a corny way. Suddenly I remembered, if I smelled, that meant my jacket smelled too! But I don't think I smelled because she didn't make a disgusted face when she put on my jacket and she probably wouldn't have taken it if I smelled. Whew, I'm saved.

I looked at Jae and she looked back at me with those cute little eyes that made me horny as hell. I put my arms around her about to make my move when I noticed someone running towards us. It was hard to make out who it was because it was so dark. It looked like a girl though.

"Isaac, what the hell are you doing here in our spot?" This completely strange girl barked at me, somewhat out of breath. "I followed your ass all the way up here. You're in big fucking trouble. And who the hell is this chick? Are you fucking cheating on me, Ike?"

I was at a loss for words. I had never seen this girl before in my life. She looked kind of familiar, like maybe I've seen her at a few shows or something, but I sure as hell have never talked to her before. Ever.

"Wa-Wait... Back up. Who the hell are you? I've never seen you before in my life!" I looked over at Jae. She had that face that looked like she was about to kill someone. Oh God, what the hell was happening? I had everything perfect and now this was going to ruin my chances of ever getting play tonight. Not that it's all I care about. I love Jae and all, but she's super good in bed.

"Don't fucking give me that shit, Isaac! Don't pretend like you don't know me in front of your new girlfriend. Jesus fucking Christ it's our anniversary! How could you?" She said, storming off. God, I was so confused.

"Um, I think you have some explaining to do..." Jae said, in a low depressed voice. She looked like she was going to cry and go on a killing spree all in one. I was so hurt looking at her in such miserably obvious pain. And it hurt me even more to know that I was the reason she was hurting and I didn't know how to fix it because I didn't have a fucking clue as to what was happening.

"Jae ... you have to believe me, I have no clue who she is. I swear on my life I have never met her before and if I ever did it's because she's a fucking nutcase fan that thinks that I'm her boyfriend. You know that I.... I love you with all my heart and I would never, under any circumstances, even think of doing something like this to you. You are way too important to me. Why do you think I brought you here tonight? I wanted to tell you that I love you ... because it's true and I needed the perfect atmosphere to tell you that in, because it means so much to me." I was desperate, searching for more words to fill in the big empty whole that I knew existed in the middle of her heart, I knew that it was there because I had one too. Some psychotic chic decides to go and ruin my life and my girlfriend was believing this girls crazy story, or act, whatever the hell it was.

"Isaac, how convenient it is of that you only use the 'L' word to get yourself out of a tough situation! I am not gonna believe this fucking shit. It's shit, that's all it is! I put up with your paranoia about your bodily odors and your constant tardiness and the tours and everything! And all this time that I was sacrificing and accepting you and your lifestyle, you were fucking around with other girls. So fuck it all to hell you asshole. Nice crazy fan story too, do you use your fame to get out of everything too? Everything that the word love won't get you out of? Just fuck off!" She was pretty fucking pissed. I forgot to mention that Jae has a severe problem with anger management. She recently had to start seeing someone about it, but unfortunately the professional help hadn't helped her too much.

"Jae..." I began, searching so hard for something to say to calm her down.

"Just fucking take me home." She snapped.

"But Jae, please, you have to understand..."

"Understand what! You know something, I bet the only reason you brought me up here tonight was to get play. You fucking asshole. Take me home now or give me your goddamn keys and I'll drive myself home." I knew I had to take her home instantly, otherwise she'd steal my keys and take off, leaving me stranded here. So, I reached for the keys in my pocket and before I knew it, she had snatched them from me and began running to the car.

"Jae! Holy shit, No! Come back!" I said, running at the car after her. I reached the car just before she had begun to pull out. The doors were locked, so I began to pound on the window, begging Jae to let me in. She just devilishly laughed at me and began backing out. I couldn't believe this. My girlfriend just left me stranded a few hours away from home.

I feared that the psycho bitch would attack me any minute now. I had to get to a phone somehow. Of course, I might be able to get myself a ride home from her, or at least to a nearby restaurant or something where Taylor could come and get me.

It was almost pitch black outside and it was freezing. I had to find this psychotic fan. She had to be around here somewhere. The only question was where?
