Exalted_Dragon

Legacy

Who are we? + Who are we? + Who are we? + Who are we? + Who are we?

In the stone age before on-line gaming, I was known to my brief Warcraft II surroundings as DEMOLISHER (and sometimes DEMOLITION MAN). I still can't figure out why I couldn't let go of the shift key while creating that identity.
When I finally got my hands on Starcraft, I found the name DEMOLISHER and DEMOLITION_MAN were taken. I needed something new, something origional with no numbers or crazy symbols, yet something destinctive.

Exalted_Dragon

is

A Magic Card

Then, on my 15th birthday, (Sadly, A long time ago) a very good friend of mine won some booster packs including an EXODUS booster in one of the home - tournaments I had made for my party. After the gang of us finished most of our games, we would trade the new cards we won. Alex A*** openned his boosters and I saw that all of his cards sucked as usual. But wait... There was one card, a rare, with an amazing picture. The art was incredible, and the name sounded good (Although not untill 10th Grade in Callow's VB class would I find out what the word EXALTED meant).

By that time I had already been playing Starcraft for at least a year... I think. I had alot of Other names, and I'm sure at least one of them had the DEMOLISHER route. I fancy these names, particularly because at the start of the sweep, I would have a 0/13 win/loss record, then with the Latter names I would stop the names at 14/0 win/loss record. Keep in mind that none of the wins were for anti-cpu games or even for record spying techniques (at that time one's record did not display when they entered your game). Knowing the Exalted_Dragon card I just got from Alex was of little practical use, I shelved It away, but my supconscience had other things planned.

This is where things get blurry. Somethime a few months after that I was planning to establish more than just an on-line name, but an identity that would encompass the longevity for which all titles in the DEMOLISHER era lacked. One day, while flipping through my Magic: The Gathering card binder, I found confirmation of what this entire web site, and two consecutive years of stalwart devotion have accomplished: the identity that I have been searching for, uniquly mine.
