Welcome to the home of the electronic Women of Wrestling! eWOW is an electronic federation (e-fed) or fantasy league for the Women of Wrestling. In eWOW, you assume the role of the manager of an eWOW Girl. As a manager, you use all the skills at your disposal to negotiate matches for, train and condition, cut interviews as, and start feuds for your wrestler to get ever closer to the eWOW World, American, Television, and World Tag Team gold.

eWOW burst onto the scene in a major way at International Incident 2002 in Birmingham, England. With our sister promotion, eGLOW, the first ever eWWA Pay-Per-View extraveganza was an amazing event. For details on the matches from eGLOW, check out their site, eGLOW Online.

eWOW's first match of the night would be a battle of giants as Slam Dunk took on eGLOW alumus Daisy. The big flower dominated the action throughout the match and planted the 6'3" Slam Dunk with her patented Side Suplex, but in the end, it would be Slam Dunk and the ropes that got the win.

Then, in interpromotional Hardcore action, our Persian Princess took on the Desert Rat, former eGLOW Tag Champion Palestina. Though in Palestina's element, Farah proved that she came to play in eWOW, nailing the Persian Leg Sweep to put the former Champion away for the three count.

In the second match of the Best of Five Series, ordered by eWWA CEO Ken Marshall, to determine the #1 Contender for the eWOW World Championship, Riot took on Danger in a Weapon of Choice match. Riot armed with her ball bat and Danger with a set of nunchuks, the match went back and forth. Finally, after a furious exchange of counters and finisher attempts, Danger loaded Riot up for the Danger Drop and drove her down, with Riot landing on and snapping her own ball bat. They stand at 1 match a piece going into the special attraction match eGLOW Firestorm.

eWOW's half of the Main Event was the 10 Woman Over-the-Top-Rope Rumble to crown the first-ever eWOW World Champion. The early going went as one might predict. Bronco Billie and Summer drew numbers 1 and 2. Number 3 was the awesome Daisy, and the ring quickly cleared. The big flower would exchange with the fourth entrant Riot until Lana Star hit the scene as number 5. Together, Riot and Lana tried to eliminate Daisy, but when that proved more difficult than it looked, Lana attacked Riot in this match where it was every woman for herself.

Entering number 6 was the weaponsmaster Danger who, no surprise, went right after Riot. Danger sent her rival for the ride, straight toward the big flower, who backdropped her right out of the Rumble. A Side Suplex ended Lana Star's night, and the Danger Drop put Daisy out, leaving Danger all alone. That made number 7 a very unlucky number for Farah. The Persian Princess showed that she was game, but was quickly overwhelmed by the weaponsmaster. Things got no easier when number 8 ended up being Slam Dunk.

The 6'3" monster's intimidation didn't work on Danger and when Slam Dunk got a small advantage, trying for her Choke Slam, Danger DDT'd her right out of her boots. With Slam Dunk briefly taken care of, a Danger Drop spelled the end for Farah. Another eGLOW alumus, now in eWOW, the Royal Hawaiian pulled number 9 and immediately Danger became the target. Surviving a double-team from both Slam Dunk and the Hawaiian, Danger fought back until the tenth entry hit the ring in the form of a woman that no one even knew was on the continent, much less the arena.

With the luck of the draw making her the freshest one in the Rumble, Sandy of the Beach Patrol hit the ring, seemingly recovered from her injuries at the hands of eGLOW's California Doll. As soon as she entered the ring, Sandy nailed Slam Dunk with a running dropkick that eliminated the 6'3" WNBA reject. Brief and unlikely allies, Sandy and Danger dealt with the Hawaiian until Danger caught Sandy with the Danger Drop. With the Hawaiian set against the ropes, Danger tried to clothesline her out, but the crafty Hawaiian dropped south and held down the top rope, causing Danger's momentum to carry her out.

And then, there were two. Royal Hawaiian took it to the Beach Patroller, but her arrogance got the better of her. Though wounded, not 100%, Sandy managed to pull out a barrage of takedowns that staggered the Hawaiian and had her on the ropes. Then, with a Chris Jericho style springboard dropkick, Sandy put the Hawaiian out of action, against all odds, becoming the first-ever eWOW Champion of the World.

What is next in line for eWOW? Danger and Riot continue their Best of Five Series in Tallahassee, Florida on eGLOW Firestorm, then in Athens, Georgia on Backdraft, the winner of which will face the reigning eWOW World Champion Sandy at eWWA Chill Factor in Greenville, South Carolina. Also at Backdraft, in a match asked for by Daisy and sanctioned by eWOW's new General Manager R. Ulysses Dunn, Daisy faces Slam Dunk in a rematch from International Incident, under No DQ rules. So, join "Stagger" Lee Marshall and "Killer" Ken Resnick when eWOW Backdraft hits the airwaves from the Stegeman Coliseum in Athens, Georgia.
