The "Jubilee Song" is the official hymn of the Great Jubilee Year 2000.

I tried hard to find the guitar chord from the Internet but I can't find any! I love the song so much that I just have to figure out the chords myself. I hope to share with those who love the song as much as I do and wish to sing along with your guitars. If you could help me to improve the chords, please email to me.
