"ASTHMA NO RELATION TO
NUTRITION"
Since asthma is incurable and a medical syndrome, the medical world made
a guesswork for its causes and cure. One of their guesses being nutrition.
This is part of the food scare of science and fortunately, well-published
by the print media, like this article entitled: "Is Nutrition Related to
Asthma?" as appearing in PDI Saturday issue of March 4, 200 p. D-11
thereof.
Divine Healing has discerned [discovered] that asthma is not
related to nutrition. It is primarily caused by mild bone misalignment at
the sternum and the left/right ribs immediately under the armpit. Its
triggered causes are 95% weather and only 5% allergy from dust or food.
These misalignment are responsible for causing errors in the gas exchanges.
Instead of oxygen "liquefying" in the lungs[hemoglobin], oxygen erroneously
"solidified" resulting in unwanted "phlegms","colds", sputum[with virus]
because when not timely expectorated sufferers may have asthma, pneumonia
and bronchitis. To avoid any recurrence the best cure would be Realignment
therapy of the misaligned sternum/ribs.
The cited cause as well as its
realignment cure is missing in the medical books. Tentatively, permanent
cure of asthma is assured by Divine Healing employed by this writer who is

Here
is my article for publication-
"TOBACCO SUIT, A BASELESS CHALLENGE?"
In the column of "Roses and Thorns" of Alejandro R. Roces entitled "The
Beginning of the end of cigarette industry" appearing In The Philippine
Star issue of , July 18, 2000 p.7. he challenged lawyers of this country to
initiate tobacco suit following the tobacco suit successes in USA.
The
challenge is unacceptable to this lawyer who is a traditional healer[ Sec.
4(h), RA No. 8423] practising Realignment therapy because suit of this
nature is actually an unjust enrichment at the expense of others.
As
traditional healer he discovers since 1987 that the cause of lung cancer
and the other 200 classes of cancer, to include HIV-AIDS, to be merely
animmunological error caused by the obstructing misalignment in the armpits
and groins of special misaligned persons hampering the passage of their
immune system and therefore, smoking has no proximity or relevance with any
dreaded cancer [see Website: http://www.evramirez.faithweb.com].
As a lawyer
there is a judicial notice as confirmed by gas exchange of science that man
can breath only oxygen, no other participating element/s; hence, lead,
toxic/polluted wastes , smoke from cars or from direct and passive smoking
cannot enter the lungs and participate in the gas exchange of the
respiratory system. Incidentally, only plants/trees are passive smokers,
therefore, passive smoking under the Clean Air Act [Sec. 24,RA No. 8749]is
an "impossible crime." While 99.99% have considered smoking dangerous to
health, contrastingly, 0.01% believes that any smoke, from cigarette or
otherwise, when swallowed in big quantity is curatively, an inexpensive
"phlegm expectorant." Truth, however, does not depend on numbers.The air is
dangerous to man when there is no oxygen and a dead man admittedly, does
not develop cancer or respiratory ailments.
Ironically, tobacco suit in
USA would not have succeeded had the top-rated lawyers defending the five
USA tobacco firms asked these mandatory fundamental questions by way of
cross-examination:
First, Can the aerifying smoke from
cigarette/tobacco,containing carbon dioxide/monoxide instantly, "liquefy"
like oxygen to qualify its immediate entry in the lungs and be part of
"hemoglobin"in the process?
Second, By nature, only trees/plants are
passive smokers, is there a "unique" man in this world you know, who can
instantly inhale both oxygen and carbon dioxide/monoxide at the same time
and live?
Third, Since tar and nicotine, [drug ingredients], are being
used as "pesticides" to kill leeches and other pests are their respective
DNA identical with the DNA of the human beings?With no fear of perjury,the
three queries can only be answered correctly, teleogically and biologically
in the NEGATIVE and therefore, no tobacco suit in this country would ever
prosper, honestly.
While this lawyer [non-smoker] admits the bad sides of
smoking -ie., expensive vice, discoloration, nervous
effects [addiction/offensive odors], littering effect and as fire hazards,
he could not tolerate this INJUSTICE in smoking- imposing others
damages/fines when cancerous persons are actually makers of their own
cancerous "replacement" cells and no other. Principles of equity, justice
and proximity demand that the exclusive owners of that immune system must
accept the full responsibility of their respective biological/immunological
error/s. Otherwise, unjust enrichment at the expense of others would be the
eventual result.

"PENALIZING SMOKE BELCHERS, IS IT JUSTIFIABLE?"
This has reference to your article "Drive on Smoke Belchers", appearing
in Manila Bulletin issue of July 26, 2000 p. 12.
Before fully
implementing such drive, there must be proper review of the law by the LGUs
to determine whether it should be fully implemented or repealed for good.
Environmentalists and our good legislators could not be right at all
times.
Oxygen is always CLEAN for all human beings of the animal kingdom.
Just as carbon dioxide is always CLEAN for all the trees/plants. Neither of
the two can take two because only one is assigned by God [nature]as their
respective symbiotic breath of life [Gen. 2:7].
This explain why the
Payatas dumpsite and Metro Manila polluted by belching smokes have been
livable and habitable to many. Smoke from belching cars may be offensively
odorous and dreadfully colorful as far as human senses are
concerned [nervous system], nevertheless, such smoke could not enter the
human lungs, being non-oxygen [carbon dioxide/monoxide];hence, with no
instant "liquefying" characteristic enjoyedby oxygen in the course of the
gas exchanges of the respiratory system.
One ethical task of
environmental journalist is to correct an error: only oxygen can enter
lungs of any human being and that the dangerous air for him is LACK OF
OXYGEN. On the other hand, the environment is cleansed by such smoke not
only by the plants and trees needing them [photosynthesis] but also by the
dispersal effects of the blowing winds and gravity.
Is it justifiable to
punish car owners who incidentally provided the plant kingdom with the
needed carbon dioxide ?
The answer is clear.
