Tracy Island
Welcome to the Green Zone.
This is a safe area between the United States proper and the Foot Clan Controlled Zone. In this area there are people who trade and work with both areas to the mutual benefit of all. This is also where a small group of rebels work against the controlling forces of the Shredder and his Foot Clan. In the city of New York there are also small groups working to free the area one of them being four mutant turtles and their rat sensei.
