| The following is for electronically submitted work as well as typed work sent via snailmail 1. Double spaced 2. Times Roman font, size 12 3. No more than 3 typos per page 4. Full name and contact information on the Cover page 5. Full title and either full name or pseudonym on Title page 6. Last name/title on upper left hand corner of every page after Title page 7. Page number on upper right hand corner of every page after Title page 8. No work may contain material promoting racism, hatred, terrorism, and discrimination of any kind. We reserve the right to reject any work we feel will not be for the common good as we are an open minded company who doesn't judge people or their work based on race, color, creed, religion. age or sex. 9. All page backgrounds must be white for easy reading. 10. All charts, graphs, equations, theories and other scientific material must be verified by an expert you contact yourself and you must provide us with written verification prior to publication. 11. Always send us a COPY of your work, never the original as we can't be held responsible for it should it get lost in the mail. The following is for those who submit work electronically either via email or on disc. 1. You must use Microsoft Word Pad or properly formatted .txt files at this time. In the future, you'll be able to send files with the .doc extension. 2. All discs should come in its own case with proper protection. We won't be held responsible for it coming to us broken. Floppy discs are acceptable. Please be sure to enclose a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with your work for a prompt response from us as to our receiving your work. For those emailing your work, be sure to provide us with your full name as well as a working email address so we can let you know we got your work okay. |
